CRM Specialist
Manuela Fox is Yale Summer Session’s CRM Specialist. In that role, Manuela is responsible for the administration of the department's business applications, Slate and Cvent. Manuela also assists in strategic and operational reporting requirements for Yale Summer Session. Manuela earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Connecticut and her M.Sc. in International Management from Audencia Business School in France. She is passionate about identifying and solving business challenges through technology and new processes. Originally from Colombia and fluent in Spanish and conversational French, Manuela moved to the United States when she was 18 years old. Living in multiple countries has enriched her international experience and her understanding of cultural nuances. She enjoys traveling, dancing tango or salsa, and hiking with her dog.
