Hi everyone! My name is Lauren (she/her pronouns), and I am originally from Southern California. I am a rising senior in Silliman/Morse College and double majoring in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and Classical Civilization. This is my third summer in New Haven, my third year with YSS, and my second year on the YSS summer team! I am so excited to be a member of the RA team this summer!
Jane graduated in 2023 with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics and was in Silliman College. Starting in August, she’ll be a 2nd-year MPH student in the Biostatistics department at the Yale School of Public Health. In her free time, she loves taking long walks, going on ice cream runs (to Arethusa), and frequenting coffee shops (her go-to order is an iced oat latte!). I am Linda He, I graduated from Davenport College in 2023 with a degree in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology. I was a Residential Counselor for YSS in the summer of 2022 and am excited to be working as a Residential Director this summer. I am also the Coordinator of the Outings Committee and our team plans local outings to farmers markets, beach trips, hikes, salsa nights, for students to explore the city of New Haven.

I’m a very recent grad (go class of 2023!) from Boise, Idaho, with my B.A. in Ethnicity, Race, and Migration, where I focused on the intersections of queerness, religion, and East Asian identity formation.
