After you have received your offer of admission, you must confirm (or decline) the offer via the Confirmation form, found in your student portal. To accept your offer of admission, look for the Forms header on your status page. Click on the “Reply to Offer of Admission” link, and follow the prompts. Please understand that your spot in Yale Summer Session is not confirmed until you have filled out this form.

If your plans change and you decide not to attend Yale Summer Session after accepting your offer of admission, you will need to fill out the Annulment of Summer Registration form, which you can find in your student portal, to avoid being billed.
All confirmed residential students will be sent detailed move-in instructions via email before the start of Yale Summer Session. Housing check in will be the Sunday before your program start date.
No student may check into campus housing unless tuition and fees have been paid in advance, including any outstanding balances from previous terms.
Students who are living on campus may pick up their Yale Student ID during housing check in. Students who are living off campus may pick up their ID at the Yale Summer Session office at 55 Whitney Avenue, Suite 420 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Students who have not uploaded a photo into Yale's system prior to arrival will be given instructions on how to obtain a Yale Student ID card.
Academic Advisors will be available in the Yale Summer Session office at 55 Whitney Avenue, Suite 420 from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Wednesday during the first week of your session. You may visit the office if you have questions about your course choice, need to add or drop a course, or if you need to withdraw from the program. Refer to the Dates and Deadlines page for relevant deadlines.
Students who owe tuition and/or fees are required to meet with the Business Manager at the start of their session.
