In-person Course.&#160;Chemistry studied in the context of major contemporary issues, such as climate change, environmental degradation, renewable energy, and pharmaceutical developments. This course takes an interactive approach to learning chemistry with demonstrations and hands-on experience. Activities will highlight chemical reactions in fuel cells, properties of acid rain, nylon production, radioactivity, and more. Does not satisfy premedical chemistry requirements or requirements for the Chemistry major. Not open to students who have completed another chemistry course at Yale.&#160;1 Credit. Session B: July 1 – August 2. Tuition: $5070.</p>
