Summer 2026 Tuition
Below are the tuition rates for Summer 2026 Yale Summer Session courses. Tuition and fees are subject to change.

One Yale College credit equates to four semester hours.

Summer 2026 Fees

| A non-refundable $500 deposit and $50 administrative fee are due by the posted deadline to confirm enrollment when admitted. $500 is applied toward tuition and reflected on the student bill. Nonpayment by the payment deadline will result in withdrawal from all courses. | $550 |
CISI Health Insurance Fee
The CISI health insurance fee applies to visiting international students who receive an I-20 from Yale Summer Session (YSS) and are living both on and off campus. The CISI fee provides comprehensive health insurance coverage to visiting international students for the duration of your session, ensuring you have access to necessary medical care while studying at Yale. The coverage begins on your program's start date and lasts for the full length of your session. CISI 2025 Fees:
- 5 weeks: $140
- 10 weeks: $280
These are the fees for Summer 2025. Updates will be made for 2026 in the weeks leading up to the opening of the application.
Please note that the CISI Health Insurance differs from the Yale Health fee. The Yale Health fee gives all students living on campus access to limited care at the Yale Health Center.
Summer 2025 Residential Program Fees
Residential Program Fee includes your dorm room in a residential college, meals, and student activities (rates subject to change).
