An introduction to the biochemistry of animals, plants, and microorganisms, emphasizing the relations of chemical principles and structure to the evolution and regulation of living systems. Prerequisite: BIOL 101 or BIOL 105 and one term of organic chemistry. Enrollment limited to 20 students. For college students and beyond. 1 Credit. Session A: May 26 – June 27. Tuition: $5270.
