Being a Yale student, I am in New Haven the whole year, so some people are surprised I want to spend even more time there. But New Haven in the summer is absolutely beautiful. Not only is it warm and green, but it is just full of joy. The New Haven community comes alive with concerts on the Green, Salsa parties on Ninth Square, July 4th firework shows on East Rock, and tons of beach excursions.
